UofL will show the films "Big Hero 6"  and "Avengers Age of Ultron" to conclude its annual Cards Under the Stars summer movie series. 

The event kicks off at 6:30 p.m. on the lawn between the Natural Sciences Building and Grawemeyer Hall. "Big Hero 6" begins at dusk and will be immediately followed by "Avengers: Age of Ultron".

Pre-movie activities include:

 - Children’s inflatables and games

 - Appearances by members of the Louisville League of Mascots

 - A Big Hero 6 photo area 

Concessions will be available for purchase from POLLO and Sweet N Savory. 

Families are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and picnic baskets and coolers with snacks and drinks to make for a comfortable evening. Parking is available in the lot next to Grawemeyer Hall (2301 S. Third St.) and behind Ernst Hall (216 Eastern Parkway). 

Big Hero 6 film synopsis: When a criminal plot threatens the hi-tech metropolis of San Fransokyo, brilliant young robotics whiz Hiro Hamada (voice of Ryan Potter) leaps into action with his tech-savvy friends, and his robot companion Baymax (voice of Scott Adsit) in Disney Animation's adaptation of the popular Marvel Comics series. Rated PG. 102 minutes. 

Avengers Age of Ultron film synopsis: This sequel to the smash-hit comic-book epic The Avengers finds the iconic superhero team dealing with a threat of their own making: a sentient robot called Ultron (voice of James Spader), who was originally designed as part of a peacekeeping program. Rated PG-13. 141 minutes.
