In this session, attendees will learn and reflect on strategies designed to help build a classroom environment that will benefit the instructor and students. Topics such as building trust, establishing rapport with students, creating a safe and challenging learning environment will be discussed, and participants will have the opportunity to develop some next steps for their own courses.
