"Asking Powerful Coaching Questions" FREE Virtual Webinar Event
Webinar features: "Asking Powerful Coaching Questions." What's in it for you? I am glad you asked! Attend this FREE webinar event to...Learn the "secret sauce" from a UofL HR career coaching boss.
In today's competitive and ever-changing professional environment, a coach gives one the time and structure to reflect, which is essential for learning and development. Additionally, they aid in identifying ones values and the areas in which his or her activities depart from declared objectives or moral principles. A skilled coach can assist one in rediscovering his or her passion for life and work.
- Why is "asking" questions important in life? Questions (curiosity) = POWER. Questions create connection, drive destiny, open doors to possibilities, grant the invitation, build bridges, and inspire action. Let go of the insecurity and fear of other opinions yet let "asking" questions help you better communicate the creation of your own path to success! Be curious, be you.
- How does "asking questions" correlate to coaching or what does coaching have to do with questions? While collaborating, the coach and coachee explore potential and encourage the development of fresh perspectives. The coaching agreement is one where both parties are on an equal footing. A coach acts as a sounding board for the coachee and offers candid feedback. They will support the coachee's learning and insights, aid in the coachee's clear identification of developmental goals, and collaborate with the coachee to put their understanding and learning into practice. The coach assists the coachee in overcoming obstacles to advance toward the end goal throughout the process. Asking powerful questions helps both parties in this entire process.
