About this Event
Offered by UofL's College of Arts and Sciences and the JCC of Louisville.
Through hands-on activities, participants will experience five days of creativity in a studio located within the University of Louisville’s Hite Art Institute. Students will explore a variety of 2D media such as papermaking, drawing, printmaking, and painting. At the end of the week, campers will take home a portfolio of the work they created to share with family and friends.
Drop off and pick up at the JCC. (Exceptions can be made for UofL faculty and staff on a case by case basis.) Campers will spend the first part of their day on UofL's Belknap campus and will return to the JCC after lunch to participate in free swim. Camp hours are 9 a.m.-3 p.m. but early bird and extended care available for additional cost.
Good news! All UofL faculty and staff will receive the JCC member rate regardless of their membership status. In addition, alumni will receive 10% off the cost of either of these two camps. In order to get one of the discounts, register by contacting Mary Dooley at (502) 238-2718 or mdooley@jewishlouisville.org. Be sure to let her know your relationship with UofL in order to get the discount.
Dowloadable info: JCC summer camp brochure and registration packet.
Those who are not eligible for either of the UofL discounts can register online.
