Self-Defense for Women

ULPD will be conducting a self-defense program designed and created specifically for women.  The curriculum is based on the Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) Systems instruction.  It consists of easy to learn, effectively proven physical defense techniques which are taught by certified instructors during the hands-on nine (9) hour program. Classes are open to faculty, staff and students. The class will meet on three consecutive Saturdays with each session lasting 3 hours. Class space is limited to 10 participants.
