Self-Defense for Women

ULPD is bringing back the Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) Systems instruction.  This is a self-defense program designed and created specifically for women.  It consists of easy to learn, effectively proven physical defense techniques which are taught by certified instructors during the hands-on nine (9) hour program. Classes are open to faculty, staff and students. The class will meet on three consecutive Saturdays with each session lasting 3 hours. Class space is limited to 20 participants.
